We’re on Pause!
It is with heavy hearts that the Stephenville Cultural Destination Committee, is pausing the Friendly Invasion Festival for 2023.
We know that this will come as a disappointment to our many followers, the locals, the people who plan their trip ‘home’ during the festival, and the CFA’s who take in our events while they are here.
But…not all is lost for this summer, we are still offering Bonfire and Music on the Beach and Music in the Park for 4 weeks, and we will carry out some beautification on the Stephenville Historic Trail. Be sure to look for the Stephenville Historic Trail brochure at the Stephenville Regional Museum or at local businesses. This summer walk the trail and make it a point to familiarize yourself with the Base history from 1941-1966.
Thank you to everyone who has supported us; we truly appreciate it. The committee will reassess our situation in the fall and we hope that we can offer another festival in the future.
